摘要
学界对劳动者过度劳动问题的关注,过度劳动的研究也逐渐从社会现象研究转向理论研究的高度。本届会议对适度劳动的研究意义、适度劳动与过度劳动研究的理论构建、典型群体的职业压力与过度劳动、适度劳动与过度劳动研究的国际视野、出勤主义的相关研究、适度劳动的法律保护和管理措施等主题进行了交流与研讨,取得较为丰富的成果。
With the academic attention to the problems of overwork, overwork' s research gradually from social phenomenon to theory study. Academic seminar of 2015 had discussed the following topics and achieved rich results: moderate labor research significance, moderate and excessive labor theory building, typical groups of occupational stress and excessive labor, moderate labor and excessive labor research studies of international vision, pressenteeism, moderate labor law protection and management measures.
