环氧大豆油改性聚天冬氨酸酯的制备与研究 被引量:6

摘要 采用二步法:(1)异佛尔酮二胺(IPDA)与马来酸二乙酯反应得到Michael加成产物;(2)往反应(1)产物中加入环氧大豆油(ESO),经催化合成改性聚天冬氨酸酯(PAE)。采用二步法引入ESO改性PAE,能缩短合成反应时间,同时能引入ESO的优点改善PAE的不足。研究了反应温度、催化剂和ESO用量等因素对改性反应的影响。采用FT-IR和TG等手段表征PAE。研究结果表明:二步法缩短了PAE反应时间,ESO改性PAE形成交联网络结构,改善了PAE热稳定性。 A new polyaspartic ester was prepared by two-step process : ( 1 ) Michael addi- tion reaction between isophorone diamine (IPDA) and dialkyl maleates; (2) reaction of the addition reaction product of step ( 1 ) with epoxidized soybean oil (ESO) at the presence of cata- lyst. Compare to the one-step process, the two-step process might significantly shorten the re- action time, meanwhile, ESO modified PAE effectively improved the performance of PAE. The effects of reaction temperature, catalyst and ESO dosage on ESO modified PAE were studied. FT-IR and TG were employed to characterize the prepared polyaspartic ester. The results showed that the two-step process shortened significantly the reaction time, moreover, ESO could enable the PAE to form crosslinking network structure, which obviously improved the thermal stability of the PAE.
