摘要
通过文献统计及客观赋权的方法,从生态经济、生态环境、生态人居、生态文化和生态制度五个方面构建了全国生态文明建设成效评估指标体系,同时对江苏和广东各市的生态文明建设成效进行了综合评价与验证。结果显示通过该方法建立的评价指标体系可以较客观地反映各地的生态文明建设成效,对开展生态文明建设具有一定的指导意义。
On the basis of objective evaluation method combined with document statistics investigation, the evaluation system of ecological civilization construction was established and used to assess the ecological civilization construction level of regional cities in Jiangsu and Guangdong, which consists of five components including ecological economy, ecological environment, ecological human settlements, ecological culture and ecological system. The results show that the index system established could objectively reflect the level of ecological civilization construction in typical areas, and it has a guiding significance towards the ecological civilization construction.
