Research on Low-Carbon Technology Gap between Home and Abroad

摘要 经过数十年发展,中国低碳技术创新取得较大进步,但与国际水平仍存在不小的差距。文章从低碳技术的研发路径、前沿技术、创新政策等三方面分析了我国与发达国家之间的差距。研究发现,经过不断调整我国的低碳技术研发路径逐渐趋于全面发展,但目前缺乏一个系统全面的投资计划;国内除少数前沿技术能达到国际水平外,大部分前沿技术与发达国家存在一定的差距;在低碳技术方面推出的政策也缺乏创新性,总体政策体系不够完善。 After decades of development, the innovation of China's low-carbon technology has made marked progress,but an enormous gap exists between China and the international standard. In this paper, we analyzed the gap betweenour country and developed countries from three aspects, i .e research and development path of low-carbon technologies,advanced technique and innovation policy. The findings imply that the research and development path of low-carbontechnology in our country gradually tend to be more comprehensive development after years of adjustment, however,there is still lack of systematic and comprehensive investment plan; In addition to minority frontier technology gaptowards the international level, there is a big gap between China and the developed countries in majority frontiertechnology. Policies launched on low-carbon technology also lack of creativity, and the overall policy is not perfect.
