摘要
对马波沙星进行了加速试验和长期稳定性试验。试验结果表明,马波沙星在加速试验和长期稳定性试验中,样品的性状、干燥失重均未发生显著变化,三批样品吸光度加速试验中升高了约20%,长期试验中升高了约15%,但都远低于标准规定,含量下降了0.5%和0.2%左右,仍满足标准规定。马波沙星虽在避光条件下吸收度、含量略有变化,但仍具有较好的稳定性。
Marbofloxacin was accelerated test and long -term stability test. The results showed that marbofloxacin in accelerated test and long - term stability test, the traits of the sample, the loss on drying no significant changes, three batches of samples absorbance accelerated test increased by about 20% , increase in the long - term test about 15% , but far below the standards, decreased by about 0.5% and 0.2% , still meet the standard requirements. Though marbofloxacin conditions of absorption in the dark, a slight change in content,it still has good stability
