摘要
对奶牛乳房中药涂膜剂进行药理作用试验,以对其有效性和药效作出评价。以抗炎、解热、镇痛、活血化淤四方面试验研究,对其药效学进行综合分析。抗炎消肿作用试验结果显示:药剂高、中、低剂量组对二甲苯所致的炎症肿胀抑制率分别为59.6%、48.1%和40.3%(P<0.05);解热作用试验结果显示:药剂对松节油诱发的哈白兔发热显著抑制(P<0.05);镇痛作用试验结果显示:药剂能显著提高小鼠的痛阈值,高、中、低剂量组分别将痛阈值提高为111.95%、93.50%、83.15%(P<0.05);活血化淤作用试验结果显示:药剂可明显增加乳房血液微循环,起到活血化瘀作用(P<0.05)。建立的数据研究方法客观可行,建立的相应药理评价体系能够充分反应其作用特点。
Pharmacodynamics experiment were studied to cow breast traditional chinese drug plastics, evaluation have issued to aim directly at availability and pharmacodynamic action. Aggregate analysis have carried out from aspect of antiinflammatory detumescence, relieve fever, relieve pain, and activating blood circulation. The experiment result about anti - inflammatory and detumescence showed that, cow breast traditional chinese drug plastics were showed up significant inhibition to inflammation caused by xylene. The high - , middle - , and low - dose group maked the engorgement inhibition ratio up to 59.6 % , 48.1% , and 40.3 % respectively (P 〈 0.05). The experiment result about relieve fever showed that, the significant inhibition were showed in rabbit fever caused by turpentine (P 〈 0.05). The experiment result about analgesic effect showed that, mice pain reaction caused by hot plate either. The high - , middle - , and low - dose group maked the pain threshold up to 111.95 % , 93.50 % , and 83.15 % respectively(P 〈 0.05). And the experiment result about promoting blood flow and remove blood stasis effect showed that, cow breast traditional chinese drug plastics can also increased blood microcirculation obviously, which can stand up activating blood circulation (P 〈 0.05). The study and research of data was objective and feasible. Corresponding pharmacodynamics evaluation system can reflect effect characteristic thoroughly.
