摘要
科学的保险人才培养模式是保险营销队伍职业化践行的基本条件,作者通过对保险市场的考察,特别关注营销队伍的建设,并从保险营销人才的职业化要求出发,提出了基于职业化的保险营销人才培养模式。即以职业素质和职业能力为核心建设保险营销专业的理论教学体系、实践教学体系、评估体系、师资团队与校企深度合作机制。
Scientific training of insurance talents is the basic condition for the professionalization of insur- ance marketing team. Through observation on the insurance market, the author pays special attention to the building of selling team, and based on the professional requirements of insurance salespersons, proposes a profes- sionalization- oriented training pattern of selling talents, that is, with the vocational quality and capacity as core, to build theoretical teaching system, valuation system, teaching team and the deep cooperation between the school and enterprise of the major of insurance marketing.
