抛光针布生产细特纤维的应用探讨

为了解决梳棉机生产细特莫代尔纤维梳理效果差的问题,介绍了该品种在梳理中存在的问题及解决措施,探讨大白鲨抛光系列针布的性能特点,通过选用多个金属针布齿条制造厂的产品进行M-2 60SK试纺,对比了大白鲨针布与格拉夫针布和其它国产针布在成纱质量指标方面的差别。指出,在生产细特纤维时,使用大白鲨抛光针布成纱质量稳定,使用寿命长,性价比较高。

In order to solve the problem of poor carding effect with the carding frame in production of fine modal fiber, introduction is made to the fiber with the problem in carding process and the solution is given to the problem. Probing is made into the performance charaeteristies of the series of the White Shark polished clothing. Trial spinning with M-2 60 SK is done with the varieties of the products from different factories. Controlled spinning is done in contrast of the White Shark clothing with Graf clothing and other domestic products regarding the difference of yarn quality. Conclusion is made that application of the White Shark polished clothing is characterized as stable yarn quality of fine fiber, long service life and high cost performance.
