摘要
为了减小风阻并提高并条机风道的效率,在介绍并条机吸风系统工作原理的基础上,分析吸风系统的常见问题和解决措施,使用FloWorks软件对风道结构进行优化设计,用KA22型风速计验证仿真分析的准确性,通过其仿真功能验证了优化效果,提供一些局部或不便人工测量的特殊位置数据,为改进并条机风道结构提供依据。
In order to reduce the air resistance and improve the efficiency of air circulation, introduction is made to the working principle of the wind ventilation system on the drawing frame with the common problems and solutions. The air duct structure is of optimized design using the FloWorks software, the accuracy of simulation analysis is guaranteed with anemometer KA22. The optimizaed effect is verified through the simulation. Provide some data special or uneasy access to manually for information of further modification of the wind duct structure.
