摘要
为了提高集团公司的管理效率,改变多口径、碎片化的信息报告弊端,分析了构建集团内部管理报告体系的必要性,阐述了报告编制的一般原则;通过实例说明集团公司建立内部管理报告体系的重要性和设计内部管理报告包含的子项目需要注意的问题;从业绩指标、重要工作、生产经营、市场分析和问题与请求等方面说明了内部管理报告的编制内容和要求。指出,通过建立内部管理报告体系,可以提高信息传递的有效性,减少管理决策失误及报告成本,提高经营效率,为企业创造价值。
To improve the management efficiency of the group company, avoiding information reporting with multi-statement and fragmentation,analysis is done to the necessity of constructing the group internal management report system. The preparing principle of the report is identified. The sampling proves the importance of establishing internal management report system in the group company and the cautions are given as to preparing the sub project of the same. The content and the requirement of the internal management report preparation are described in terms of performance indicators,important jobs, production and management ,market analysis,and problems and the requests. It is pointed out that the effectiveness of information transfer can be improved by establishing an internal management report system, and it can reduce the cost of management and decision-making,improving management efficiency and creating value for enterprises.
