多发性骨髓瘤脊柱病变的诊断及治疗探讨 被引量：3

摘要 本文回顾性分析了2008年1月至2014年5月本院收治的12例以脊柱病变为主诉的骨髓瘤（MM）患者的病例资料,就骨髓瘤脊柱病变的诊断,并发症的处理,手术适应证的选择等一些临床诊疗过程中存在的问题进行分析。现总结如下。1资料和方法1.1诊断标准：采用国际骨髓瘤工作小组推荐的诊断标准：1骨髓象单克隆浆细胞比例〉10%或组织活检证实为浆细胞瘤;2血和（或）尿标本中可检测到M蛋白。
