肾上腺区神经鞘瘤二例并文献复习

摘要 神经鞘瘤是一类周围神经肿瘤,起源于神经鞘膜施旺细胞,多发于外周神经和听神经,原发于腹膜后肾上腺区的神经鞘瘤罕见,其临床表现及影像学检查缺乏特异性,本文报道腹膜后肾上腺区的神经鞘瘤2例,并结合相关文献讨论其临床、诊断治疗及病理学特征。1资料与方法1.1临床资料：2例患者均为男性,分别为41岁和52岁。
