无创呼吸机治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭的效果观察

The Effective Observation of Noninvasive Ventilator in the Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease with Respiratory Failure

目的:观察慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭应用无创呼吸机的治疗效果。方法:将80例慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭患者随机分成观察组和对照组。两组均采用常规治疗,观察组加用无创呼吸机,对比两组的治疗效果和动脉血气指标。结果:观察组的治疗总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。另外,观察组的动脉血气指标优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:无创呼吸机治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭能有效缓解病情,提高治疗总有效率,改善动脉血气指标,值得推广。

Objective： To observe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with respiratory failure treatment effect of application of noninvasive ventilator. Method： 80 cases of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with respiratory failure patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. Two groups adopt regular treatment, the observation group with noninvasive ventilator, two groups of treatment effect and arterial blood gas index were compared. Result： The total effective rate in the treatment group was 95.00%, it was higher than 80.00% of the control group（P〈0,05）.In addition, the observation group of arterial blood gas index was better than that of control group（P〈O.05）.Conclusion： Noninvasive ventilator in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with respiratory failure can alleviate effectively, increase the total effective rate, improve arterial blood gas index, is worth promoting.
