蓝科肤宁与他克莫司对比治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎的临床疗效观察

The Clinical Curative Effect Observation of Velvetfeeling Compared with Tacrolimus in the Treatment of Hormone Dependent Facial Dermatitis

目的:探究蓝科肤宁与他克莫司治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎的临床疗效。方法:选取笔者所在防治站2011年1月-2013年1月收治的80例面部激素依赖性皮炎患者作为观察对象,将其随机的分为A组和B组,每组各40例。A组患者采用的是蓝科肤宁湿敷治疗,20 min/次,3次/d的剂量维持治疗,4周为一个疗程;B组外用0.1%的他克莫司软膏治疗,2次/d,同样以4周为一个疗程。对两组治疗后的症状、体征的改善情况进行比较。结果:治疗后两组患者的症状如红斑、脱屑、瘙痒等均得到了明显的改善,而在用药治疗1周后,B组疗效显著优于A组(P<0.05),但在治疗4周后,两组症状评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在治疗4周后,两组治疗的总有效率都达到了100%,但是A组的痊愈率要显著高于B组(P<0.05)。结论:在起效时间方面他克莫司软膏更快,但是从长期治疗的效果上来看,蓝科肤宁实际效果更为可靠,这就要求在实际的临床治疗中需要做到因人而异,选择最为合适的方法进行治疗。

Objective： To explore the clinical curative effect of Velvetfeeling and Tacrolimus in the treatment of facial hormone dependent dermatitis. Method： 80 cases with facial hormone dermatitis in our hospital that were treated from January 2011 to January 2013 were selected as the observation object, they were randomly divided into A group and B group, each group of 40 cases.A group was used Velveffeeling wet dressing therapy, for 20 min, three times a day to maintain therapy, with 4 weeks as a course; B group was used 0.1% Tacrolimus Ointment, 2 times a day, also in 4 weeks as a course.The situation of symptoms, signs in two groups were compared after treatment.Result： The symptoms such as erythema, desquamation and itching in the two groups after treatment were markedly improved, and 1 week after treatment, the effect in the B group was higher than that in the A group, hut 4 weeks after treatment, the symptoms score in two groups had no significant difference（P〉0.05）.4 weeks after treatment, the treatment total efficiency in two groups reached 100%, but the recovery rate in A group was significantly higher than that in B group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： The onset time of Tacrolimus Ointment is faster, but from the long-term therapeutic effect, the effect of Velveffceling is more reliable, which requires the clinical treatment should according to actual need and choose the most appropriate method for the selection of treatment.
