改良上颌垫式活动矫治器在前牙牙性反矫治中的疗效观察 被引量:3

Observation of Curative Efficacy of the Improved Maxillary Occlusal Pad Removable Appliance Used in the Correction of Anterior Crossbite

摘要 目的:观察两种矫治器的临床应用效果,探讨矫治前牙牙性反的新方法。方法:选择52例前牙牙性反患者,对照组26例采用改良上颌垫式活动矫治器进行矫治,传统组26例采用传统的上颌垫式活动矫治器进行矫治,矫治期间定期观察两种矫治器的稳定性,双曲舌簧性能、矫治完成时间等。结果:改良组矫治器稳定性、双曲舌簧性能明显高;4周内解除反者20例(传统组8例、改良组12例),7周内解除者14例(传统组6例、改良组8例),13周内解除者15例(传统组9例、改良组6例),17周内解除者2例(均为传统组),失败1例(传统组),改良组矫治完成时间明显少于传统组(P<0.05)。结论:改良上颌垫式矫治器矫治前牙牙性反临床效果明显优于传统型上颌垫式活动矫治器。 Objective: To observe the clinical application effect of two types of appliance, and explore the new method for rectification.Method: 52 cases with anterior crossbite were selected, 26 eases in the improved group were using modified maxillary teeth pad activity malocclusion subjects and the traditional group of 26 patients using traditional maxillary teeth pad activity malocclusion subjects, two correctional treatments during regular observation of stability, hyperbolic reed performance, correct completion time, and so on were observed.Result: The correcting device stability and improved performance of hyperbolic reed in the improved group were higher.20 cases of 4 weeks to lift the splint(the traditional group was 8 cases, 12 cases in the improved group), in 7 weeks were 14 eases(the traditional group was 8 cases, 6 cases in the improved group), 13 weeks to lift the 15 cases(the traditional group was 9 cases, 6 patients in the improved group), 17 weeks to lift 2 cases(all the traditional group), failure in 1 case(the traditional group).The correct finish time in the improved group was obviously less than that in the traditional group(P〈0.05).Conelusion: The clinical treatments effect of the improved modified maxillary teeth or pad and correcting device is superior to traditional maxillary teeth pad activity and correcting device.
