617例手足口病的流行趋势分析及院内防控对策

617 Cases of Hand,Foot and Mouth Disease Epidemic Trend Analysis and the Prevention and Control Countermeasures

目的：探讨笔者所在医院近3年手足口病流行趋势,为医院感染的预防与控制提供有效的对策。方法：分析通过流行病学调查2012-2014年笔者所在医院在中国疾病控制信息系统中上报的617例手足口病病例。结果：手足口病发病年龄以〈5岁为主,以1~3岁最高,且男性高于女性（1.36∶1）。发病时间高峰以4-6月为主,6月份为最高峰,11-12月出现又一个高峰。结论：近年手足口病的流行有上升趋势,而采取有效的消毒隔离措施是控制手足口病医院感染的关键环节。

Objective： To explorer the foot and mouth disease popular trend in our hospital in nearly three years, for the prevention of hospital infection control and provide effective countermeasures.Method： The epidemiological investigation in our hospital from 2012 to 2014 in China Information System For Disease Control reported in 617 cases with foot and mouth disease cases were analyzed.Result： The results showed the hand-foot and mouth disease onset age 〈5 years of age were given priority to, at the highest of 1-3 years old, and the men were more than women（1.36： 1）, with statistical significance.Peak onset time was given priority between April to June, for the highest peak was June, there was another boom in November and December.Conclusion： In recent years, the popularity of hand, foot and mouth disease have a rising trend, disinfection and isolation measures and take effective control for foot and mouth disease are key link in the process of hospital infection.
