人性化全程护理模式在纤支镜检查中的应用效果分析

Analysis of the Application Effect of Humanized Nursing Mode on Patients Undergoing Fiberoptic Bronchoscopy

目的:探讨人性化全程护理模式在纤支镜检查过程中的应用及效果分析。方法:选取2014年6月-2015年1月于笔者所在医院进行纤支镜检查的患者共90例,将患者按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组45例。对照组患者在纤支镜检查过程中给予常规护理,观察组患者接受人性化全程护理干预,检查结束后对比两组患者的术中护理舒适度、术后不良反应及对护理工作的满意度。结果:观察组患者术中护理舒适度显著高于对照组,观察组患者对护理工作的满意度显著高于对照组,且观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在纤支镜检查全程中采取人性化护理干预,能使患者术中舒适度提高,减少术后并发症,提高护理工作满意度,可在临床工作中学习推广。

Objective： To investigate the application effect of humanized nursing mode on patients undergoing fiberoptic bronchoscopy.Method： 90 cases of patients undergoing fiberoptic bronchoscopy were selected from our hospital during June 2014 to January 2015. They were divided into observation group and control group, with 45 patients in each group respectively.The control group received traditional nursing, and the humanized nursing mode was used in the observation group. The comfort degree of patient during operation, the incidence of adverse reaction and satisfaction with nursing care between two groups after the surgery were been compared. Result： The comfort degree and the satisfaction with nursing care of the observation group patients was significantly higher than control group（P〈0.05）. The incidence of adverse reaction in observation group was significantly lower than control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Humanized nursing mode carl improve the comfort degree and the satisfaction with nursing care of patients undergoing fiberoptic bronchoseopy. Moreover, it can cut the incidence rate of untoward effects. It is worth promoting in clinical care.
