三仁汤在湿温病中的临床疗效观察

Clinical Efficacy of Sanren Soup in the Treatment of Wet Warm Disease

目的:观察三仁汤治疗湿温病的临床疗效。方法:将177例经常规西医治疗疗效欠佳的湿温病患者纳入研究,之后给予三仁汤加减治疗,并停用其他治疗措施。15 d后观察疗效。结果:痊愈138例,好转29例,无效10例,痊愈率77.97%,总有效率94.35%。其中痊愈病例最短用药3 d,最长用药15 d,平均(8.75±3.64)d;体温降至正常所需时间最短1 d,最长7 d,平均(3.83±2.14)d。有效病例服药时间均达到15 d,体温均降至正常,体温降至正常最短5 d,最长13 d,平均(6.41±2.85)d。结论:三仁汤治疗湿温病疗效显著,值得临床推广。

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of Sanren Decoction in the treatment of damp warm diseases.Method： 177 patients with epidemic wet febrile diseases with poor curative effect after the treatment of routine western medicine were studied, then gave them the Sanren Decoction for treatment, and stop using other treatment measures. The clinical efficacy after 15 days was observed.Result： 138 cases were cured, 29 cases improved, 10 cases were ineffective, cure rate was 77.97%, the total efficiency rate was 94.35%. The shortest healing cases using medication was for 3 days, the longest was 15 days, the average was （8.75 ± 3.64）days. The shortest time of the temperature dropped to the normal was 1 day, the longest was 7 days, the average was （3.83 ± 2.14）days. The taking medicine time of the effective cases was 15 days, the body temperature were returned to normal, the shortest time of body temperature dropped to normal was 5 days, the longest was 13 days, the average was （6.41 ± 2.85）days.Conclusion： The effect of Sanren decoction in the treatment of wet warm disease is significant, which is worthy of clinical application.
