摘要
目的探讨针灸结合康复技术在中风后偏瘫患者中的疗效。方法选取中风后偏瘫的患者100例，随机分为观察组和对照组，各50例。对照组仅实施针灸治疗，观察组在对照组治疗基础之上加入康复技术治疗。结果观察组总有效率为92．0％高于对照组的78．0％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论中风后偏瘫采取针灸联合康复技术临床疗效优于单纯针灸治疗。
Objective To investigate the acupuncture combined with rehabilitation therapy in treatment of hemiparalysis after apoplexy. Methods A total of patients with hemiparalysis after apo- plexy were randomly divided into study group （n = 50） and control group （n = 50）. Both groups re- ceived Acupuncture treatment and study group was given extra rehabilitation therapy. Results the o- verall effective rate was 92.0% in study group and 78.0% in control group, with a significant differ- ence （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Combined treatment of acupuncture and rehabilitation therapy is more effective in treatment of hemiparalysis after apoplexy.
