康复操在腰椎间盘突出症术后恢复中的应用

Application of rehabilitation gymnastics in postoperative recovery of lumbar disc herniation

目的探讨康复操在腰椎间盘突出症术后恢复中的应用效果。方法腰椎间盘突出症术后患者108例，随机分为干预组和对照组，各54例。对照组采取常规护理，干预组进行康复操训练，采用日本骨科协会评估治疗（JOA）腰腿功能的评分系统评价功能恢复情况。结果2组术后10d、术后1、3个月JOA评分均较术前提高，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01），且随时间延长，JOA评分越高，组间差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05，P〈0．01）；干预组术后各时间点JOA评分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论在腰椎间盘突出症术后恢复中采取康复操训练，对术后病情恢复起到良好的促进作用。

Objective To investigate the Application of rehabilitation gymnastics in postoper- ative recovery of lumbar disc herniation （LDH）. Methods A Total of 108 LDH patients were ran- domly divided into study group （n = 54） and control group （n = 54）, with conventional nursing and rehabilitation gymnastics after surgery, respectively. Japanese Orthopaedic Association （JOA） scale on waist and leg function was used to assess the rehabilitation. Results the scale of JOA at 10 days, 1 month and 3 months after surgery were increased compared with those before treatment in both groups （P 〈0.01 ）. Study group received a higher outcomes of JOA assessment at each point compared with the control group （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion the rehabilitation gymnastics is effective for functional re- habilitation in patients with LDH.
