摘要
分析4例择期手术术后脑梗死患者临床资料。其中3例发生分水岭区脑梗死，1例为腔隙性脑梗死。经回顾分析，1例患者无明显危险因素，3例患者经颈动脉、椎动脉彩超，TCD或头颅MRA检查提示有明显血管病变。建议对有脑梗死危险因素的择期手术患者应进行脑血管方面评估。
Objective Retrospectively analyzed clinical data of 4 cases of cerebral infarction after selective operation, in which 3 cases were Watershed infarction and 1 case was lacunar infarction. Carotid uhrasonography, transcranial Doppler sonography and magnetic resonance angiography demon- strated clear vascular lesions in 3 patients. Cerebrovascular assessment is hightly recommended before operation in patients with risk factors of cerebral infarction.
