急性鼻外伤

摘要在急诊科和基层医疗单位，鼻外伤是常见病。急性鼻外伤多由创伤引起，可导致鼻出血及鼻骨骨折，甚至鼻中隔血肿。鼻出血约占耳鼻咽喉一头颈外科所有急诊病例的33％，患者常需电凝或鼻腔填塞来止血。
