Research on the Construction of Teachers＇ Scientific Research Ability in Grassroots Radio and Television University under the Background of Open University： A Case Investigation Based on the Current Situation of Teachers＇ Scientific Research in Panzhihua Radio and Television U- niversity

青纱帐是属于北方的，它粗犷，豪放，壮阔，像北方汉子一样顶天立地。青纱帐是在盛夏时节形成规模的，一人多高的玉米、高粱，像士兵一样列队而立，一列列，一排排，一片片，齐整而又严密，像绿色的帷帐。一直到立秋，青纱帐坚守着阵地，北方的沃野上铺展开来的全都是密不透风的青纱帐。那是土地“史上最绿”的时代，绿得水泄不通，绿得波澜壮阔。风过时，绿波起伏，仿佛碧波一般荡漾着。

Teachers＇ scientific research ability is an importantcore competence of open university, as well as the continuousdriving force promoting the improvement of the quality of distanceeducation. This study used the sociological research methods toresearch the status quo of teachers＇ scientific research in this u-niversity in the form of questionnaire investigation. On this basis,this paper explored the methods and ways to improve grassrootsteachers＇ scientific literacy and scientific research ability. Theaim of this paper is to promote the local university teachers＇ pro-fessional development from the perspective of scientific research,in order to adapt to the new requirements of the development ofopen university.
