积极心理学视域下医学生心理健康制约因素及对策研究——以湖南省内医学院为例

摘要 我国医学生由于学习任务重、学制长,长期处于超负荷的高压状态。而我国的传统教育模式侧重专业知识教育,忽视心理素质教育,因此医学生的心理健康令人堪忧。本文对湖南省内医学院的医学生心理健康进行问卷调查,分析制约医学生心理健康的因素,并以积极心理学为理论基础探讨其对策。调查发现:湖南省内农村医学生、女生、性格孤僻、单亲家庭以及贫困生心理危机发生率较高,积极心理课程的开设、大学生快乐体验活动的开展、心理教育的加强等措施将对大学生心理健康水平的提升有显著效果。 Medical students in China are in a state of overload and high pressure for a long time due to the burdensome learning task and long schooling. Chinese traditional education model focuses more on the professional knowledge education than on the psychological quality education, so the medical students' psychological problems are worrying. This paper firstly conducts a questionnaire survey on the medical students' psychological problems of Hu'nan Province, then analyzes the restraining factors, discusses the countermeasures based on the theory of positive psychology. The research finds that medical students from rural areas, girl students,unsociable students, students from single-parent families and poor families, have more psychological problems.Opening the course of positive psychology, carrying out the activities of happy experiences, and strengthening psychological education etc. will have a significant effect on the promotion of psychological health of college students.
