This paper discusses the implementation process of the research, exploration and practice of ＂S.M.A.R.T＂ talents cultivation idea in IT major of higher vocational colleges, from constructing college-enterprise cooperation platform, improving students＇ occupational cognition, and comprehensive reform of the course system.
