民主教育的“无土栽培”何以可能

On How to Realize the "Soilless Cultivation" of Democratic Education

摘要 我国教育发展中存在着各种机会不均等现象,以"择校"问题和进城农民工随迁子女的教育问题最为突出。针对这一事实,我国政府从政策上保障教育投入;在财政上加大对教育的投入,并将教育资源重点向欠发达地区、农村和困难人群倾斜;社会人士也积极地发现问题、献计献策。这些措施取得了一定的成效,一些调查证明中国的教育均等程度得到了很大提高,从而增强实现和谐的民主教育的信心。 Various phenomena of unequal opportunity exist in China's education development, with "school selection" problem and migrant children education as the most prominent ones. In view of the fact, our government ensures education investment in policy, increases education investment in finance, and provides more education resources for less developed and rural areas and vulnerable groups. Social personages are also actively studying related problems and proposing suggestions. The measures have helped to achieve some achievements, including the great improvement of education equality, which are indicated by some investigations. These results have also enhanced the confidence of realizing harmonious and democratic education.
