农林高校构建硕士研究生职业生涯规划教育与服务体系的路径探析

Exploration on Ways of Agricultural and Forestry Universities to Construct an Education and Service System for Postgraduate Career Planning

20世纪末,职业生涯规划教育与辅导已经在美国、英国、加拿大等国的各层次学校中广泛实施。相比之下,我国的职业生涯规划教育与实践至今仍处于起步阶段。本文从高校的角度出发,阐述如何在农林高校硕士研究生中全面开展职业生涯规划教育。这对增强硕士研究生职业生涯规划意识和能力,帮助农林高校硕士研究生实现"人尽其才"、"才尽其用"的"人-职"和谐发展的理想状态具有一定参考价值。

At the end of the 20 thcentury, career planning education counseling has been widely implemented in schools at different levels in America, Britain, Canada and so on. By comparison, career planning education and practice is still at its incipient stage in China. Starting from the perspective of universities, this paper elaborates how to comprehensively implement career planning education for postgraduates in agricultural and forestry universities. This will be of some referential values for enhancing postgraduates＇ consciousness and ability of career planning,helping them maximize the application of abilities, and realize the harmonious ＂people-job＂ development.
