浅议艺术院校的教务管理

A Brief Discussion on Teaching Affairs Management in Art Colleges

艺术院校的教务管理是艺术院校管理工作的重要组成部分,是保障艺术院校正常教学工作的前提和必要条件,其本质是要通过对学校资源和教学活动的统筹规划,提高艺术院校的教学质量和为人才培养营造良好的环境。基于此,笔者主要对艺术院校的教务管理情况进行了分析研究,在概述艺术院校教务管理内涵和特点的基础上,重点以笔者所供职的A艺术院校为例,结合该院校教务管理工作实际,对教务管理中的现状、问题进行了深入剖析和挖掘。笔者认为,当前艺术院校的教务管理存在的主要问题包括教务管理理念滞后、教务管理制度欠缺、教务管理队伍素质参差不齐等,需要进一步通过更新教务管理理念、加强完善教务管理制度、更新提高教务管理队伍等措施来解决问题,加强管理。

The teaching affairs management in art colleges is an important part of management work in art colleges, as well as the premise and necessary condition to ensure the normal teaching work of art colleges. Its essence is to improve the teaching quality of art colleges and establish a good environment for talent cultivation through the overall planning of college resources and teaching activities. On this basis, the writer mainly analyzes and researches the situation of teaching affairs management in art colleges, and based on summarizing the connotation and characteristics of teaching affairs management in art colleges, focusing on A Art College that the writer works for, and combining the practice of teaching affairs management in this college, makes a deep analysis and exploration on the current situation and problems of teaching affairs management. The writer holds that the problems existing in the teaching affairs management of art colleges are mainly backward ideas of teaching affairs management,lack of teaching affairs management system, uneven quality of teaching affairs managers. So we should further update the ideas of teaching affairs management, enhance the management system,improve the management group, and strengthen the management.
