浅谈职业高校的教学管理

On Teaching Management of Higher Vocational Colleges

职业高校中的教学管理工作任重道远,只有教学管理者认真地总结经验和教训,努力提高自身的综合素质,才能做好教学管理工作。笔者在本文中重点讨论了职业高校中教务员在教学管理过程中的职能特点以及主要工作内容,讨论了目前职业高校教学管理中教务员存在的问题,同时提出了相应的改进办法。

The teaching management work of higher vocational colleges is a long-term and arduous task. Only when teaching administrators, such as teaching affairs administrators, carefully summarize the experience and lessons and strive to improve their comprehensive quality, can they carry out teaching management well. In this paper, the author discusses the functions, characteristics, and main work of higher vocational college teaching affairs administrators in teaching management, as well as the existing problems of the current higher vocational college teaching affairs administrators in teaching management, and puts forward corresponding improvement measures.
