随着经济的发展,人们的生活要求不断提高,框架结构类型的综合楼、多层住宅楼因其优越性,在小城市的建设中占有很大比重。框架结构抗震性能好,易于布置空间,因使用空心砖而节约了大量粘土。但其外墙裂缝,不仅会引起渗漏,而且影响美观。造成渗漏的原因是多方面的,其主要原因不外乎两点,其一是设计,其二是施工。只有重视这两方面的问题,解决好这两方面的问题,才能避免框架结构的填充墙的裂缝和渗漏。

Because of its good anti-seismic performance, easy arrangement of space, and less use of clay due to the use of hollow bricks, it is more and more used in small cities. However, the leakage caused by cracks in external walls affects the appearance of buildings. There are many causes of the leakage, mainly including nothing more than two major points, design and construction. If the two aspects are attached much importance to and well settled, the cracks and leakage in the infilled walls of frame structure will be effectively eliminated and prevented.
