论大学生职业社会化的“五维动态螺旋模式”

On University Students' Five-Dimensional Dynamic Spiral Model of Occupational Socialization

职业社会化是大学生逐渐接受社会的职业文化规范,并使自己逐渐成为合格的社会职业公民的过程,其发展状况很大程度上决定了大学生就业的成功率、职场表现及发展潜力。基于经验调查资料,本文提出了以求职准备为导向,包括认同职业、认识企业世界、确定职业角色、了解职场人际关系、求职准备五个方面的大学生职业社会化的五维动态螺旋模式。以五维动态螺旋模式为参照,加强对大学生职业生涯发展的教育和指导,对大学生顺利实现职业社会化具有重要实践意义。

Occupational socialization is a process of gradual receiving occupation norms and becoming qualified occupational citizens. Its developmental level determines the employment rate, workplace demonstration and developing potentials. Based on empirical data, the paper proposes a Five-dimensional dynamic spiral model about occupational socialization of university student, which includes identifying career, knowing enterprise universe, defining career role, adapting to workplace interpersonal relationship and preparing for hunting a job. There should be important practical significance for the smooth realization of their occupational socialization referring education and instruction of career development to this model.
