摘要
新生代农民工进城务工,与老一代在就业实践上有着重大差异,其职业流动更为频繁,职业适应也更为复杂。他们在城市传播环境的刺激下,通过不断的职业退出和进入,丰富工作经历、增加职业体验,在经历了这一特殊阶段的职业探索期后,逐渐步入有规律的职业适应期,并进行了一系列以模仿与践行、合作与平衡、疏导与拓展为表现形式的多重传播实践。不管是组织间的职业流动还是组织内的职业适应,均反映出新生代农民工积极谋求职业成长的努力,在此基础上形成一定的职业认同并推动了他们融入城市的进程。
Unlike the older generation, the new generation migrant workers have significant differences in employment practice; their occupation mobility appear more frequently while occupational adaptation is also more complex. With the stimulation of urban communication environment, they gain rich work experience via continuous occupational exit and attainment. When the particular period of career exploration passed, they have gradually dedicate the regular career adaptation, and made a series of multiple communication practice, which took a different form such as imitation and execution, cooperation and balance, counseling and expansion. However, whether inter-organization occupational mobility or in-house occupational adaptation, it all reflect the active efforts of seeking career growth by new generation peasant workers. On the basis, they form certain professional identity and push them into the process of integrating into urban society.
