摘要
对垃圾渗滤液膜滤浓缩液采用铁碳微电解法进行预处理,探讨了p H值、反应时间及气液比对COD去除效率的影响。结果表明,当p H值为3、反应时间120 min、气液比10∶1时,COD、TN的去除率分别为79.6%,56.4%;NH3-N由进水的70.9 mg/L上升为77.0 mg/L;预处理效果较好。但是由于铁碳微电解对盐度没有去除效果,影响后续反应进行。如何经济有效地降低含盐量成为今后研究重点。
The iron carbon micro - electrolysis process is used to pretreat Landfill leachate membrane filtration concentrate . The effects of pH ,reaction time and the gas - liquid ratio on COD removal efficiency are discussed .When pH = 3 ,the re-action time is 120 mins and the gas - liquid ratio 10∶1 ,the removal efficiency of COD and TN is 79 .6% and 56 .4% re-spectively ,NH3 - N is increased from the influent 70 .9 mg/L to 77 .0 mg/L and so the pretreatment is better .But because the iron carbon micro - electrolysis has little effect on salinity removal ,it affects the subsequent reaction and so how to re-duce the salt content under cost - effective has become the focus of future research .
