众筹模式为各行业创造了巨大机会,全新的筹资模式也引起了各国政府注意,推出了相关监管和鼓励措施,或是对以往金融业监管条例进行引申,以解释众筹模式各环节。由于众筹模式的公开性,可以较为方便地分析成败影响因素,并与传统风险投资进行对比。本文通过国内外文献,回顾众筹模式起源和发展,行业模式和现状,分析成功和失败的典型案例,最后总结众筹模式将要面临的问题。

Crowd-funding mode has created a huge opportunity for various industries, raising the attention of worlds' governments that put forward related regulations and encouraging measures or extend previous financial regulations in order to take account of each process of crow-funding. Compared with traditional risk investment, it is easy to analyze factors influencing crowdfunding mode because of its openness. By reviewing literature both at home and abroad, this paper traces the origin and development of crowd-funding mode as well as Industry modes and its status quo. In addition, this paper analyzes the typically successful and unsuccessful cases and finally concludes the problems facing crowd-funding mode.
