社区居家康复在改善精神分裂症患者生活能力及社会功能中的作用

Effect of community rehabilitation in improve the function of schizophrenia patients and social life ability

目的：探讨社区居家康复在改善精神分裂症患者生活能力及社会功能中的作用。方法：从本区2012年9月～2013年9月确诊上报疾病报告卡并建立北京精神卫生个人健康档案接受社区服务与管理的精神分裂症患者中随机选择63例进行研究，随机分为对照组（31例）和观察组（32例），分别给予随访时常规健康指导和规健康指导联合社区居家康复干预。观察两组干预前后的日常生活能力量表（ADL）和社会功能缺陷筛选量表（SDSS）评分变化情况，并进行比较。结果：干预前，两组患在日常生活能力量表（ADL）评分方面经比较差异元统计学意义，（尸〉0．05）；经过不周的干预之后，两纽患者在日常生活能力量表（ADL）评分方面经比较差异有统计学义，（P〈0．05），观察组显著高于对照组，即提示观察组的生活能力显著高于对照组。干预前，两组患者在社会功能缺陷筛选量表（SDSS）评分方面经比较差异无统计学义，（P〉0．05）；经过不同的干预之后，两组患者在社会功能缺陷筛选量表（SDSS）评分方面经比较差异有统计学意义，（P〈0．05），观察组显著低于对照组，即提示观察组社会功能显著优于对照组。经过不同的干预之后，对两组患者的RNADL量表评分各项指标进行比较，可得差异均有统计学意义，（均P〈0．05）。结论：对精神分裂症患进行社区与居家康复干预可以有效改善其生活能力以及社会功能．

Objective：To explore the effect of community rehabilitation in improve the function of schizophrenia patients and social life ability. Method ：63 cases of schizophrenia patients patients withdiagnosis report disease report cards and to establish health files of mental health people in Beijing city to accept the community service and management in our com- munity from September 2012 to September 2013 in this area were selected , and were divided into control group （31 cases） and observation group （32 cases）, and were given health guidance and the conventional health guidance combined with community rehabilitation intervention. Daily life ability before and after the intervention of the table （ADL） and social disa- bifity screening scale （SDSS） score changes of the two groups were observed and compared. Results：Before the intervention, two groups of patients in activity of daily living scale （ ADL ） scores the difference was not significant （ P 〉 0. 05 ）, ; passing through different intervention, two groups of patients in activity of dally living scale （ ADL ） scores the difference was statistically significant, （P 〈0. 05）, observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, which prompts the observation group living ability was significantly higher than the control group. Before the intervention, two groups of patients with social disability screening scale （SDSS） scores the difference was not significant （ P 〉 O. 05 ）, ; pass- ing through different intervention, two groups of patients with social disability screening scale （SDSS） scores the difference had statistical significance （P 〈 0. 05 ）, the observation group was.siguificantly lower than the control group, suggesting that the social function of the observation group is significantly better than the control group. Conclusion：Patients with schizo- phrenia in community and home rehabilitation intervention can effectively improve the ability of life and social function.
