摘要
目的:了解医院卫生人力资源与临床服务的发展趋势,探讨医院卫生人力发展与医院基本医疗服务量的相关性,为制定卫生人力发展计划提供科学依据。方法:采用描述性分析、动态数列和Spearman相关分析。结果:卫生技术人员、医生数、护士数平均发展速度分别为107.18%、105.20%、10865%,平均增长速度分别为7.18%、5.20%和8.65%;门诊总诊疗人次及入院人数平均发展速度分别为118.54%、112.61%,年平均增长速度分别为8.54%、12.61%;患者平均住院日呈逐年下降趋势,平均发展速度为98.93%。卫生技术人员数与门诊总诊疗人次、入院人数均呈正相关,与平均住院日呈负相关关系(P〈0.01)。结论:医院卫生人力资源与医疗服务量呈逐年上升趋势,医疗服务量的发展速度快于卫生人力资源的发展速度。医院将继续加强卫生人力资源建设,从而获得更高的服务能力和服务效率。
Objective: To understand the development tendency of health human resource and clinical service, to explore the correlation of human resource and basic healtheare service in hospitals, and it will provide scientific basis for the staff force development plans for the hospitals in the future. Method : The statistic analysis including descriptive analysis, dynamic series, Cox - Smart test and Pearson test was used during the study. Result: The average development speeds of health - related staff ,medical doctors and nurse are respec- tively 107. 18% ~ 105.20% andl08. 65%, which means the average increase speeds areT. 18% ,5.20% and8. 65%, and there is an annual increasing tendency for both health -related staff and doctors. The average development speeds of outpatient visits and hospitalization is respective118.54% and 112. 61%, which means the average annual increase speeds are 8.54% and 12. 61%, and there is an annual decreasing tendency for average days for hospitalization; the average development speed is 98.93%. Then the further analysis indicates that the number of health - related staff has positive relation with outpatient analysis indicates that the number of health - related staff has positive relation with outpatient visits and hospitali- zation, while has negative relation with average days for hospitalization (P 〈0. O1 ). Conclusion: Both the healthcare human resource and service demand of healthcare show an annual increasing tendency, The development speed of the service demand of healthcare is faster than the development speed of health human resource. The hospital will continue to strengthen health human resource construction, so as to obtain higher service ability and service efficiency.
