双眼合像尺治疗假性近视短期疗效观察

目的：探讨双眼舍像尺治疗假性近视短期疗效。方法：2014年3月-10月选取29名假性近视58眼青少年，随机分成实验组和对比组。观察两组在治疗前后的视力恢复情况等。结果：实验组治疗后各时期与之前相比视力更有所提高（P〈0．05）。对照组复查时均无明显改变，且显著低于实验组（P〈0．05）。实验组治疗后小瞳孔屈光度较治疗前显著降低（P〈0．05）。对照组随访时各时间点小瞳孔屈光度较前均无明显改变，且显著高于实验组同期（P〈0．05）。结论：双眼合像尺简单易学，携带方便．治疗假性近视疗效确切，可作为治疗青少年假性近视的方法大力推广。

Objective： to study the eyes close like feet pseudomyopia short -term curative effect. Methods ： select 29 March 2014 to may, pseudomyopia 58 eyes teenagers, randomly divided into experimental group and contrast group. Use the eyes close like foot treatment, controls do not take any treatment. Observe the two groups before treatment and af- ter treatment 2 w, 1 month and 3 months the visual acuity, mydriatie diopter before and after mydriatic diopter. Results ： the experimental group after treatment 2 w naked eye eyesight was significantly improved, the I to 3 months after treatment, compared with the previous vision more improved （P 〈 0. 05） between 1 month and 3 months after treatment has no obvi- ous difference （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Control group review each point in time when the naked eye eyesight is no obvious change before, significantly lower than that of the experimental group and the same point in time the naked eye vision （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The experimental small pupil diopter small pupil diopter si^fificandy lower than before treatment （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. 1 to 3 months after treatment of small pupil diopter and have a significant effect. Diopter, 1 to 3 months more lower than it was for 2 w （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Control group were followed up for each point in time when small pupil diopter is no obvious change before, and the experimental group is significantly higher than the same point in time of small pupil diopter （P 〈 0. 05 ）. 3 months after treatment, the experimental group also, diopter for farsightedness degree reduction before the treatment, the control group in class under the condition without treatment can control and protection, also has decreased, but no statistical significance. Conclusion： eyes close like easy to learn, easy to carry and treat pseudomyopia curative effect, can be promoted as a treatment for adolescent pseudomyopia method.
