膀胱全切回肠代膀胱术后造口护理及效果分析

目的：探讨膀胱全切回肠代膀胱术后患者临床护理情况，为膀胱全切回肠代膀胱术后造口有效护理提供重要依据。方法：选取膀胱癌患者4-0例，这40例患者都进行了膀胱全切回肠代膀胱手术治疗，随机分成观察组和对照组两组，对照组患者20例，主要进行常规临床护理，观察组患者20例，主要在对照组护理基础上进行造口护理，观察研究两组患者，临床护理效果。结果：经过两组临床护理，在患者临床护理有效率上，观察组明显高于对照组。结论：在常规护理基础上进行术后遣口护理是比较重要的，不仅可以改善患者病情，还能明显提升患者后期生活质量。

Conclusions ： On the basis of routine nursing care, postoperative care is more important, not only can improve the patient＇s condition, but also significantly improve the quality of life of the patients.
