高血压五联检在高血压患者中的应用价值研究

目的：探讨高血压五联检在诊断、治疗高血压患者中的应用价值。方法：选择95例中年原发性高血压病患者纳入研究对象，分别进行高血压五联检测和颈动脉内膜中层厚度（IMT）。另选取同期73例健康体检者做对照研究。结果：PRA、AngⅡ、ALD、COR）、ACTH、左侧与右侧颈动脉内膜中层厚度均明显高于健康对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：PRA、AngⅡ、Aid、促肾上腺皮质激素、CORT与高血压的发生密切相关，加剧动脉硬化程度。
