急诊分级在基层医院急诊科非创伤性内科病人护理工作中应用的研究分析

目的：研究探讨急诊分级在基层医院急诊科非创伤性内科病人护理工作中的应用。方法：将120例患者随即分为两组，对照组60例，患者按照传统急诊护理方式进行护理；观察组60例，患者首先进行急诊分级，按照评分进行分级登记，不同分级进行不同急诊护理。结果：观察组经过急诊分级后，平均就诊时间和护送时间显著低于对照组，患者的死亡例数低于对照组，患者满意率和医生满意率均分别高于对照组，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：急诊分级在基层医院急诊科非创伤性内科病人护理工作中具有良好的应用效果，值得临床推广。

Objective： Researeh the applications of emergency classification for patient care in non - invasive medical of emergency department in primary hospital. Methods ： 120 patients were randomly divided into two groups, 60 cases in the control group, patients in the traditional way of emergency nursing care; 60 cases in the observation group, patients were divided according to emergency elassification at first, evaluated according to the patient condition, registration according to rating, different grading with different emergency care. Results： Alter the emergency classification, the average treatment time and escort time of obsmwation group was significantly lower than the control group, the nmnber of deaths was lower titan that in the control group, the rate of patient satisfaction and physician satisfaction rates were higher, the difference was statistically significance （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： The applications ot emergency classification for patient care in non - invasive inedie of emergency department in primary hospital has a good effect, worthy to promotion.
