个性化护理在儿科患者护理中的探讨与应用

目的：探讨个性化护理方法在儿科患者护理中的应用效果。方法：本院于2014年6—12月在儿科实施个性化护理方案，选取期间287例患儿作为研究对象，观察治疗依从性、治疗效果、护理质量厦满意度。另选取实施前的287例患儿作为对照。结果：观察组护患纠纷发生率（0．70％）低于对照组（8．01％），护理质量评分及患儿家长满意度评分高于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：个性化护理能提高患儿治疗依从性，提高护理服务质量及治疗效果。

Objective：To explore the application effect of individualized nursing in nursing in pediatric patients. Methods ：In our hospital from June to December of 2014 in pedi- atric implementation of personalized nursing and selected during the 287 cases as the object of study, observation treatment compliance, treatment effect and nursing quality and satisfaction. The other 287 patients were selected as control before the implementation of the. Results： observation group nurse patient dispute rate （0. 70% ） was lower than that in control group （ 8.01% ）. Nursing quality score and the children with parents satisfaction score higher than those in control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Personalized nursing can improve the treatment compliance of children, improve the service quality of nursing and treatment effects.
