中医“腑以通为用”治疗急性胰腺炎的疗效观察

目的：研究惠性胰腺炎治疗中采用中医“腑以通为用”的疗效。方法：选取我院收治的50例急性胰腺炎患者作为研究对象，随机分成观察组和对照组，给予对照组患者常规治疗，给予观察组患者常规治疗＋中医腑以通为用治疗。结果：观察组总有效率为96％，明显高于对照组的72％，P〈0．05。结论：以“腑以通为用”为原理的中西医结合疗法对于急性胰腺炎的治疗具有显著的疗效，具有清热解毒、益气养阴等治疗效果，值得临床广泛推广使用。

Objective to study the treatment of acute pancreatitis using traditional Chinese medicine in the curative effect of ＂relieving to to use＂.
