临床护理路径在小儿支气管肺炎护理中的效果观察

目的：探究在小儿支气管肺炎的临床护理中实行临床护理路径所能获得的护理效果。方法：择取2014年4月到2015年4月在本院接受小儿支气管肺炎治疗的患儿共60例，因护理方式差异可分为：30例患儿行以常规护理，归入对照组；30例患儿行以临床护理路径，归入研究组。对比两组患儿在治疗费用、住院天数以及护理满意度性上的差别。结果：研究组住院天数为（4．01±2．01）天，治疗费用为（2002．21±302．19）元，护理满意度为9667％；对照组住院天数为（8．43±3．45）天，治疗费用为（3512．34±414．33）元，护理满意度为63．33％。研究组皆优于对照组，P〈O．05，统计学有差异。结论：在小儿支气管肺炎的临床护理中，为其实行临床护理路径可以保证患儿更快更好地恢复健康，意义积极。

Objective： to explore the clinical nursing in children with bronchial pneumonia in the effect of clinical nursing path can receive. Methods ： will pick from April 2014 to April 2014 children with bronchial pneumonia in children treated in my hospital, a total of 60 cases, by different nursing methods can be divided into： line 30 cases with the routine nursing care, in the control group; 30 cases of children with clinical nursing path, in the team. Re- suits： the group is （4. 01 ± 2. 01 ） days hospitalization days, cost of treatment is （2002. 21 ± 302. 19） yuan, nursing satisfaction is 96. 67 % ; Control group is （8. 43 ± 3.45 ） days hospitalization days, cost of treatment is （3512. 34 ± 414. 33 ） yuan, nursing satisfaction was 63.33%. The team is better than that of control group, P 〈 0. 05, statistically difference. Conclusion： in the clinical nursing of children bmnchopneumonia, for the implementation of clinical nursing path can ensure children better and faster to restore health, positive significance.
