舒芬太尼复合罗哌卡因臂丛神经阻滞效果观察

目的：分析舒芬太尼复合罗哌卡因臂丛神经阻滞效果。方法：研究我院在2014年4月至2015年4月期间接诊的80例前臂手术患者，分为对照组和观察组各40例，其中对照组麻醉采用罗哌卡因，观察组在对照组基础上添加舒芬太尼联合使用，而后对比两组患者在麻醉相关身体指标上的差异。结果：在麻醉起效时间、镇痛与阻滞效墨上，观寥组均优于对照组，P〈0．05。结果：舒芬太尼复合罗哌卡因臂丛神经组织可以得到较好的镇痛阻滞效果，提升手术顺利程度和患者满意度。

Objective： To analyze sufentanil combined with ropivacaine brachial plexus blockade. Methods ： 80 cases of forearm surgery in our hospital were divided into a con- trol group and observation group 40 cases, in which the control group anesthesia using ropivacaine, sufentanil observation group added in combination with the control group, based on the comparison of the two groups the effect of differences. Results： The onset time of anesthesia, analgesia and blockade on the observation group than the control group, P 〈 0. 05. Conclusion： sufentanil combined with repivacaine brachial plexus blockade can get a better analgesic effect and enhance the smooth operation level and patient satisfaction.
