浅析改良B—Lynch缝合术应用在剖宫产产后出血处理效果观察

目的：分析改良BLynch缝合术应用在剖宫产产后出血的临床效果。方法：选取我院2011年4月-2014年7月收治的74例剖宫产产后出血患者作为研究对象，通过回顾分析其临床资料，将患者分为观察组与对照组各37例，对照组采用常规治疗方法，观察组采用改良B—Lynch缝合术进行治疗，对两组患者出血量、止血效果、手术时间、住院时间等进行比较。结果：通过两组患者的比较，观察组明显要优于对照组，两组患者的出血量、止血效果、手术时间、住院时间等比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：结果显示，产妇剖宫产进行改良B—Lynch缝合手术的治疗效果显著，具有操作简单、安全可靠、经济实惠等特点，更重要的是还可以保留产妇的生育能力.

Objective： to analyse improved B - Lynch suture techniques used in the clinical effect of cesarean section of postpartum bleeding. Selection methods： from April 2011 - July 2014 treated 74 cases of cesta-can section patients with postpartum hemorrhage as the research object, through the retrospective analysis the clinical data of patients con be divided into observation group and the control group （ n = 37 ） and control group in the conventional treatment methods, the observation group improved B - Lynch suture technique treatment, the effect of two groups of patients with blood loss, stop bleeding, operation time, hospital stay, etc. Results：dlrough the comparison of two groups of patients, the observa tion group was better than control group, two groups of patients with blood loss, hemostatic effect, operation time, hospital stay compared statistk ally significant difference （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： the results show that the modified cesrean section B - maternal Lynch suture surgical treatment effect is remarkable,simple operation, safe and reliable, economical and practiea.
