摘要
目的:了解PGE1对血流变学、血糖血脂作用。方法:用PGEI治疗冠。病病人52例,60—90μg/d共15天,检查治疗前后血流变学,血脂血糖等变化。结果:血糖、血脂治疗前后无变化,血液流学中的全血高切、全血低切、血浆粘度、全血还原粘度、纤维蛋白原的血小板粘附率用药前分别为963±107、5.35±0.72、2328±649、2.34±0.64和307±11.29;治疗后分别为8.87±123、474±172、1.46±057、20.52±576、204±0.75和26.56±934,用药后较用药前明显降低,P〈0.05,差异显著。结论:PGE1具有抗凝作用,对血糖、血脂无明显影响。
Objective: To PGE1 on blood theology, blood glucose and lipid effects. Result: blood sugar, blood lipids did not change before and af- ter treatment, blood flow to learn the whole blood high shear, low shear whole blood were 9.63 ±1.07,5.35 before plasma viscosity, whole blood reduced viscosity, fibrinogen, plate- let adhesion rate of medication ± 0. 72, 23.28 ± 6.49, 2. 34 ± 0. 64 and 30. 7±11.29 ; after treatment were 8.87 ± 1.23, 4. 74 ± 1.72, 1.46 ±0. 57, 20. 52 ±5.76, 2. 04 ± 0. 75 and 26. 56± 9.34, significantly lower than before treatment after treatment , P 〈0. 05, significant difference. Cortclusion:PGE1 anticoagulant effect on blood sugar, blood lipids was observed.
