前列地尔对血流变学的作用及意义

目的：了解PGE1对血流变学、血糖血脂作用。方法：用PGEI治疗冠。病病人52例，60—90μg／d共15天，检查治疗前后血流变学，血脂血糖等变化。结果：血糖、血脂治疗前后无变化，血液流学中的全血高切、全血低切、血浆粘度、全血还原粘度、纤维蛋白原的血小板粘附率用药前分别为963±107、5．35±0．72、2328±649、2．34±0．64和307±11．29；治疗后分别为8．87±123、474±172、1．46±057、20．52±576、204±0．75和26．56±934，用药后较用药前明显降低，P〈0．05，差异显著。结论：PGE1具有抗凝作用，对血糖、血脂无明显影响。

Cortclusion：PGE1 anticoagulant effect on blood sugar, blood lipids was observed.
