如何应用护理措施以降低左氧氟沙星致不良反应的风险

目的：探讨应用正确的护理措施，能否降低门诊患者输入左氧氟沙星致不良反应的风险。方法：通过输入间隔液、控制滴速、心理护理、勤巡视、合理选择血管、调整用药顺序等一系列护理措施以降低左氧氟沙星致不良反应的风险。结果：2012年1月---4月问门诊患者输入左氧氟沙星致不良反应的百分比约为35．5％，观察组2013年1月—4月间门诊患者输入左氧氟沙星致不良反应的百分比约为27．1％。结论：正确的护理措施可以降低左氧氟沙星致不良反应的风险。

Objective： To investigate the risk of adverse drug reactions caused by the input levonoxacin in the outpatient clinic by using the correct nursing care. Methods ： the input interval solution and dripping speed, psychological nursing, often patrol, reasonable choice of vascular, adjust medication order etc. a series of nursing measures to reduce the risk of adverse reaction induced by levofloxacin. Results： 2012 January - April outpatients input levofloxacin induced adverse reactions of the percentage is about 35.5%, the observation group in January 2013 - April outpatients input caused by levofloxacin percentage of adverse reaction about 27. 1%. Conclusion： the correct nursing measures can reduce the risk of adverse drug reactions caused by levofloxacin.
