2型糖尿病社区管理与内科门诊治疗的效果比较

目的：探讨分析2型糖尿病社区管理与内科门诊治疗的效果。方法：随机选择来我院社区管理进行治疗的糖尿病患者200例作为社区管理组，同时选择到我院门诊进行就诊的糖尿病患者200例作为门诊组进行研究，对这些患者进行糖化血红蛋白的测量和相应的问卷调查，然后，对结果进行比较和分析。结果：研究结果显示，在血糖控制水平、糖尿病知识了解度等方面，社区管理糖尿病患者和内科门诊患者之间差异显著，具有统计学意义，P〈0.05。结论：结果表明，对2型糖尿病进行社区管理．有利于提高糖尿病患者对糖尿病知识的了解，改善一些不利于降低血糖的行为，因此，值得-临床上进行推广应用。

Objective： To investigate the analysis of type 2 diabetes community management and the outpatient department of internal medicine curative effect. Methods ： ran- domly selected in our hospital for treatment of the community management of diabetes patients 200 cases as the community management group, choose our hospital were treated 200 patients with diabetes were studied as outpatients, glycosylated hemoglobin in patients with these measurements and the corresponding questionnaire survey, and then, on the results are compared and analyzed. Results： the results showed that, in the level of blood glucose control, diabetes knowledge degree, the difference between the conmmnity management of diabetes patients and outpatients in the Department of internal medicine was significant, with statistical significance, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion： the results show that, for the community man- agement of type 2 diabetes mellitus, diabetic patients is helpful to improve the understanding of diabetes knowledge, improve some is not conducive to the blood glucose lowering action, therefore, it is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
