围绝经期妇女保健状况与卫生需求调查与分析

目的：探究围绝经期妇女保健状况及卫生需求情况，以便采取有效的保健措施。方法：采用随机抽样的方式选取我市300例（40—50岁以上）围绝经期妇女，对其保健状况及卫生需求情况进行调查分析。结果：不同职业、不同文化程度保健知识知晓情况存在显著差异（P〈0．05），有统计学意义。调查对象中调整月经185例，占62．2％；缓解潮热失眠工106例，占52．8％；进行妇科检查工188例，占62．7％；饮食指导125例，占41．67％；保健咨询128例，占42．67％；锻炼指导88例，占29．33％；经常锻炼9例，占3．O％；经常吃豆制品279，占93．O％；经常喝牛奶210例，占70．0％；经常服用钙片20例，占6．67％。结论：相关医疗单位应加大投入，积极开展健康知识教育，提高保健知识知晓度，以便为围绝经期妇女提供更为优质的服务.

Conclusion： the medical treatment unit should increase in- vestment, actively carry out health education knowledge, improve the degree of knowledge about health, so as to perimenopausal women to provide more quality services.
