摘要
目的:在科护士长护理管理工作中推行“AB”零缺位工作制,保证护理安全。方法:四位科护士长在日常工作中,各自履行工作岗位职责,互为“AB”并相对固定.当A休假或出差期间,B代为履行职责。结果:实施“AB”零缺位工作制,科护士长的协调能力、业务能力、创新能力较实施前明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论:保证了日常临床工作的连续和有序,增强了科护士长之间的合作意识,避免了工作出现“真空”或“漏洞”,值得护理管理者推广和借鉴。
Objective:To implement the working system of absence of zero of department head nurse' s "AB Role" in nmsing management, for ensuring the nursing safety. Method : Four department head nurses perform their job responsibilities, become AB Role - mutual and regular matches relatively in nursing daily work. When Role A took a vacation or went on an errand, Role B will act on behalf of Role A in a responsible position. Results: Department head nurse' s coordination ability, professional ability and innovation ability all improved obviously after implementing the working system of absence of zero of "AB Role" , the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusions : ensure the continuity and order in daily clinical practice, enhance the cooperative consciousness between the department head nurses, and to avoid coming up "working vacuum" or "working leak" "hole". So it is worth populizing and learning from by nursing managers.
